One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst in the United States .

As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will lead the development of reporting tools and insights to drive strategic decision-making across business units. You will translate complex datasets into actionable insights using CRM and BI tools, enabling leadership to make informed, data-driven decisions. This role requires both technical proficiency and a deep understanding of business operations. You'll work across functions to standardize data practices and improve reporting accuracy and visibility, all within a fast-paced and evolving environment. Accountabilities:

• Develop and maintain performance dashboards, forecasts, and KPIs across multiple departments
• Translate raw data into meaningful insights using BI tools such as Tableau and Excel
• Partner with sales, marketing, and operations teams to identify trends and optimize business outcomes
• Utilize CRM data (Salesforce) to support reporting and decision-making
• Create and implement data standards and scalable reporting frameworks
• Recommend and support the adoption of tools and practices that improve analytics efficiency
• Proactively identify performance gaps and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, or a related field
• 5+ years in a data analysis or business intelligence role, preferably in sales or marketing operations
• High proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Tableau, and Excel
• Proven ability to develop dashboards, define KPIs, and support business strategy with data
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote work environment
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork
• Curious mindset with a drive to ask "why" and dig deep into data trends
