Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst to play a key role in our team, responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying solutions, and facilitating Scrum teams to deliver high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have a unique blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and Scrum Master skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, Scrum mastery, or a related field
• Certification in Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent is a plus

Business Analysis:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify solutions
• Analyze data and processes to inform business decisions
• Develop and maintain business cases, user stories, and requirements documentation
• Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans

Scrum Master:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Coach team members on Scrum principles, practices, and values
• Remove impediments and obstacles to ensure team progress
• Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and transparency

Technical Skills:

• Experience with project management tools, such as Azure Devops
• Basic understanding of software development life cycles and Agile methodologies
• Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change, and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members
