Isofttek Inc. is seeking a Senior Bench Sales Recruiter with 4+ years of experience in US staffing, specifically focused on marketing bench consultants (CPT/OPT, H1B, GC, US citizens) and achieving successful placements. Candidates with a proven track record of placing CPT/OPT candidates in FY 2024 will be prioritized.

Requirements

Bench Marketing: Market CPT/OPT consultants across job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.).

Vendor Relations: Manage and expand relationships with Tier-1 vendors.

Rate Negotiation: Negotiate rates and close deals for consultants.

Full Sales Cycle: Handle the entire bench sales process, from sourcing to placement.

Target Achievement: Consistently meet placement targets, particularly for CPT/OPT candidates.

Qualifications:

Experience: 4+ years in US bench sales with successful placements, especially in FY 2024.
Job Board Expertise: Proficient in using Dice, Monster, and other platforms.
Communication: Strong verbal and written skills.
Shift: Willing to work night shifts.
