Title: Senior Backend Engineer
Compensation: $200K - $300K + Equity + Benefits
Location: 100% Remote

• Design, build, and scale backend systems with a focus on reliability and performance.

• Contribute to the high-quality engineering culture by maintaining and documenting best practices

Requirements

• Expertise: Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles and distributed systems.

• Experience: Proven track record at high-growth companies or enterprise-level organizations (e.g., Datadog, Splunk).
• Artifacts: Strong GitHub presence and evidence of building impactful solutions or driving meaningful improvements.
• Bar for Excellence: A proactive problem-solver with high-impact contributions.
