Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Senior Backend Engineer - Crypto - this is a hybrid role in New York with the flexibility to come to the office 3 times a week.

Our backend team is at the forefront of DeFi security and data management. We're developing decentralized systems with a focus on low-latency output, enabling DeFi protocols to incorporate dynamic, risk-reducing data directly within their smart contracts in real time.

While blockchain experience is not required, we're looking for top-tier engineers who are passionate about solving complex problems and eager to innovate in the fast-evolving blockchain space.

Requirements

5+ years of professional experience in Infrastructure/Backend Services.

Experience working with impressive / complex products.

Strong backend experience with Go (preferable), Rust, C++ or similar.

Experience in DeFi or Blockchain Technology is strongly preferred.

Based in New York and willing to work from the office 3x / week.
