Senior Automation Engineer

Drive Benivo's operational efficiency by owning, optimizing, and scaling process automation through Make.com, the Zoho stack, Axiom, and other automation tools. Focus on quality assurance, process standardisation, and seamless integration with 3rd party systems, ensuring scalable and reliable automated solutions.

• Own the Make.com integration engine, leading the development of automated workflows and 3rd party system integrations to streamline internal processes.
• Implement and maintain integrations between Benivo's proprietary platform and partner & client systems, focusing on data accuracy, seamless synchronization, and process efficiency.
• Ensure quality assurance across all automation initiatives, adhering to high standards of reliability, performance, and scalability.
• Lead efforts in process standardisation by analyzing, optimizing, and automating key business workflows to enhance efficiency and consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Operations) to design, implement, and optimise automated solutions using Make.com, Zoho, Axiom, and other platforms.
• Define, monitor, and report on key performance metrics for automation projects to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Document and standardize process automation, ensuring that best practices are followed and knowledge is effectively transferred across teams.
• Act as the subject matter expert on Make.com, staying current with platform updates and leveraging new capabilities to improve automation.
• Roadmapping - prioritize automation projects based on impact, ensuring alignment with Benivo's strategic goals and continuous process improvement.
• Provide training and support to internal teams to drive the adoption of new automation tools and solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in process automation and quality assurance, particularly with Make.com, Zoho, or similar platforms.
• Strong expertise in process standardization, with a track record of optimizing workflows and implementing scalable automation solutions.
• Technical proficiency in API integrations, data manipulation, and managing automation platforms.
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex integrations with 3rd party systems.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and process optimization.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams.
• Adaptable and proactive with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Hands-on experience with Make.com, Zoho tools (CRM, Flow, Writer, SalesIQ Chatbot etc.), and other integration platforms is highly preferred.
• Experience in an Agile environment, delivering automation solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Quality assurance success rate for automation projects (measured by reduction in errors and system downtimes).
• Reduction in manual processing time and improved efficiency through automation.
• Number of standardized processes successfully automated and maintained.
• Adoption and utilisation rates of Make.com as the primary integration engine.
• Improvement in data consistency and accuracy across integrated systems.
• Time-to-market for implementing new automated solutions.
