Knowledge Center India (KCI) is the central engine that drives the operational value for the firm. Established in 2004, KCI has evolved over the years from purely operational efficiencies into more value-added service offerings, becoming a true business partner. There are various teams based at KCI that work with Global Offices, Practice Groups, and the Management across all aspects of the firm's business life cycle. With a headcount of more than 500, the center has 5 core teams working including Experts, Research Operations, Visual Solutions, Projects/CV Capture and Digital IT, working round the clock on many mission critical elements.

Job Description

We operate at the heart of the digital transformation of our business. Our team is responsible for our global organization's cyber-security architecture and data protection.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Analyst to join our Engineering and Design team in Cyber-Security Vertical. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic planning and design of our Office 365 Tenant, ensuring the highest level of security settings to protect organizational data.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning and Design:

• Design and execute comprehensive data loss prevention strategies to safeguard sensitive information within the Office 365 environment.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify critical data and establish policies for its protection.

• Lead the architecture and design of Office 365 security features and IAM frameworks.

• Identify emerging security trends and integrate them into the overall security strategy.

Office 365 Security:

• Configure and manage Office 365 security features such as Defender for O365, Data Loss Prevention (DLP)

• Monitor and respond to security incidents and alerts within the Office 365 environment.

• Conduct regular security assessments and audits of Office 365 configurations and policies.

• Implement and manage Office 365 Security and Compliance Center.

• Develop and maintain security policies and procedures for Office 365 usage.

• Work closely with SIEM team to ensure all relevant data logs are being ingested and relevant data events are converted to tickets, email alerts, email digests and dashboards, as necessary

• Gain a deep understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts to effectively design and implement data protection policies that ensure secure and appropriate access to organizational data.

• Monitor and respond to security alerts, ensuring the organization's data being used across various collaboration tools are secure.

• Develop and enforce robust identity management practices to safeguard sensitive information and maintain compliance with security standards.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
  

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Security, with a focus on Office 365

• Extensive experience with Office 365 Tenant design and management.

• Strong knowledge of E5 features and their implementation.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Skills:

• Experience with strategic planning and design in a cybersecurity context.

• Ability to evaluate and test new features and feature changes.

• Strong understanding of data retention and lifecycle management best practices.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• In-depth understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.

• Proficient in scripting with Microsoft PowerShell modules

• Experience utilizing the Microsoft Graph API through scripting languages like PowerShell and Python will be a plus

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good to have :

MS-102or equivalent certification will be an added advantage
