_Purpose and Key Job Activities_

_Stericycle has a challenging career opportunity available at the Corporate HQ in Bannockburn, IL for a highly motivated Financial Analyst Senior to support the company. This role will provide planning, forecasting and month end support for on-going operations as well as support ad hoc analysis and projects._ _This position will be in located in our Bannockburn, IL office - Monday thru Thursday._

_The Responsibilities_

• _Collaborates with Business Partners to analyze current and historical business trends, consolidates the financial results and provides the narratives to key business stakeholders_
• _Assists in development of the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial packages and presentations for the Executive Leadership team and Board of Directors_
• _Assists with Investor Relations financial analysis and actively participates in earnings preparation_
• _Performs forecasting, long-range planning and budget activities_
• _Drives process improvements to ensure data quality and reporting standards for both financial and non-financial information_
• _Executes on initiatives that create value through cost management, process improvements, and/or that improve the quality of deliverables to stakeholders_
• _Supports potential ad-hoc analysis as requested, including project business cases/ IRR/NPV analysis_
• _Participates on and/or leads cross-functional teams_
• _Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned_

_Education & Experience_

• _Bachelor's degree or equivalent_
• _3-5 years of Financial Analyst experience_
• _MBA and/or CPA, a plus_

_Licenses and Required Competencies_

• _CPA Preferred_
• _Strong analytical and modeling skills, with a strong attention to detail and follow up_
• _Self-starter with ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, meet or exceed deadlines and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced and service-oriented environment_
• _Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner and to interface effectively with all levels of the company_
• _Ability to effectively communicate financial results and the impact of proposed business decisions_
• _Ability to identify problems and areas of improvement and suggest possible causes and solutions_
• _Strong presentation and communication techniques ? verbal and written_
• _Excellent financial modeling and analysis skills and advanced knowledge of excel_
• _Strong organization and project management skills_
• _Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX and SAP, a plus_
• _Compensation starts at $110,000 +15% AIP_
