Educational Qualifications

MBA (Finance) or M.Com

Experience

5 to 7 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance. Experience in Real Estate and High-Rise Civil Construction companies is preferred.

Requirements Key Responsibilities

Managing daily accounting operations.

Ensuring GST compliance, including filing and reconciliation.

Preparing and auditing IT-related financial records and statutory documents.

Conducting regular bank reconciliation statements (BRS).

Maintaining accounting books using Tally.

Utilizing ERP-based accounting systems with accurate data entry.

Generating MIS reports and financial statements.

Liaising with auditors, banks, and internal departments.

Overseeing accounts payable and receivable processes.

Adhering to accounting standards and statutory regulations.

Required Skills

In-depth knowledge of GST and accounting principles.

Proven experience in bank reconciliation and statutory compliance.

Practical experience with Tally and ERP software.

Strong analytical abilities and effective communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.
