About the role
As a Senior Account Manager, you will be the driving force behind building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring strategic alignment, and delivering high-quality work that drives measurable results. Your role is to deeply understand each client's business, uncover opportunities for growth, and proactively guide them toward success. You will collaborate closely with internal teamsincluding Project Management, discipline leads, and subject matter expertsto ensure delivery of meaningful, high-quality work. Acting as a trusted partner and advisor, you will anticipate client needs and help them navigate challenges, identify and maximize growth opportunities, and and provide strategic recommendations that create lasting impact. Your ability to foster collaboration, provide strategic insight, and advocate for your clients' success will set both our clients and our teams up for success and be critical to both client retention and business growth.
