We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Sr. Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding key client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker with a consultative sales approach, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in exceeding sales targets.
You will be responsible for the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to closing and account management and will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients. The ideal candidate is not just a top-tier sales professional but also someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can contribute to shaping the future of our sales strategy.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:- Identify, develop, and manage new and existing business opportunities to achieve revenue goals.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
- Conduct deep discovery and needs analysis to understand client objectives and present tailored solutions.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos that articulate value and drive client interest.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and close deals while maintaining profitability.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, customer success, and product to ensure client needs are met.
- Provide regular updates, forecasts, and strategic insights to sales leadership.
- Act as a client advocate to ensure long-term success and retention.
- Track all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM platform.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in B2B sales.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development roles.
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales productivity software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
