McGuireWoods is seeking an Associate to support its Securities and Capital Markets team in either Charlotte or Richmond. The McGuireWoods Securities & Capital Markets Department consists of more than 50 attorneys who concentrate on securities and corporate finance matters for public and private companies. Our public clients include Fortune 100 companies as well as smaller reporting companies. Job Requirements: The ideal Associate should have 2-3 years of experience in securities, capital markets and other transactional matters. We are seeking candidates who have solid securities law experience including advising public companies in their ongoing reporting obligations and capital markets transactions. Must be barred in VA.
