• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the Courier App.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Improve application performance, reliability, and usability to enhance the experience of our couriers.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues while promoting best practices in mobile development.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality and mentor junior engineers.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in mobile development, adopting new technologies and methodologies where applicable.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
• Contribute to scaling the application to support increasing user demand and app interaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a mobile developer with expertise in either iOS or Android development.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Swift, Kotlin, or Java, depending on the platform.
• Experience building and launching mobile applications in a high-traffic environment.
• Understanding of distributed systems and cloud technologies.
• Solid understanding of mobile development lifecycle and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
