What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be?

What Needs To Be Done?

Oversee and manage the purchasing activities of the organization

Develop and implement purchasing strategies to ensure cost-effective procurement

Lead a team of buyers and procurement staff to ensure timely availability of materials

Conduct supplier evaluations and negotiations to secure favourable terms and conditions.

Monitor and manage supplier performance to ensure quality and timely delivery

Prepare and review purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Analyze market trends and price developments to make informed purchasing decisions

Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and procurement activities

Collaborate with other departments to align purchasing activities with overall business goals

Knowledge in Logistics for Inbound and Out Bound local transits

Basic good knowledge in Imports

Familiarity with procurement software and ERP systems to streamline purchasing processes

What Do You Need To Bring?

The ability to develop and implement effective procurement strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Proficiency in negotiating with suppliers to secure the best terms, prices, and delivery schedules

Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, evaluate supplier performance, and make data-driven decisions

Capability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment

Understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis to manage procurement costs effectively

Proactive and able to work on own initiative

Experience working within an Manufacturing Industry at Purchase department with 10 years & with Qualification of BE/ BTech Machinal Engineering.
