Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development andimplementation of effective school procedures aligned with our mission andgoals.
• Utilize data analysis toinform decision-making and communicate results effectively tostakeholders.
• Manage the budget with afocus on staffing and instructional needs.
• Inspire and mentor staffto achieve excellence, serving as a role model in professionalism anddedication to education.
• Foster a safe andinclusive environment that prioritizes student, employee, and visitorwelfare.
• Collaborate with staff,students, families, and other educational leaders to ensure the success ofour programs.
• Champion IndividualizedEducation Plan (IEP) processes, promoting a student-centric approach.
• Represent the school atlocal and state events and professional meetings, showcasing ourcommitment to excellence.

Requirements:

• A graduate degree froman accredited institution, preferably in educational leadership.
• Three to five (5) yearsof proven leadership experience in education.
• At least three (3) yearsof experience in a school/clinic setting with special education students.
• In-depth knowledge ofbest practices in special education.
• Exceptional verbal andwritten communication skills.
• Willingness and abilityto assist in physical restraint if necessary.

Experience:

• Teaching: 3 years(Required)
• Leadership: 3 years(Required)
• Special education: 1year (Preferred)
