SAS Developer

Infotel India, Consulting, part of the esteemed Infotel Group, is seeking a highly-skilled SAS Developer to enhance our professional team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the design, development, and implementation of sophisticated data integration and analytics solutions leveraging SAS software. This role requires collaboration with data analysts, business stakeholders, and IT teams to gather requirements and produce insightful reports and dashboards that facilitate informed business decisions.

• Develop, maintain, and optimize SAS programs for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and reporting.
• Engage with business stakeholders to accurately comprehend their needs and translate them into detailed technical specifications.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAS processes and workflows to ensure clarity and continuity.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation processes to guarantee data integrity and accuracy.
• Support and enhance existing SAS solutions, ensuring they meet evolving business requirements.
• Remain informed about the latest developments in SAS technologies and analytics methodologies.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in SAS development, focusing on data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
• Proficient in SAS programming languages, with familiarity in SAS Enterprise Guide and SAS Studio.
• A solid understanding of statistical principles and methodologies.
• Experience using data visualization tools and techniques effectively.
• Exemplary analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Capacity to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and communicate complex concepts effectively to stakeholders.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Knowledge of SQL and database management systems is advantageous.
