Job Purpose:

We are looking for a skilled SAP S/4HANA EWM Specialist with a strong background in warehouse operations, inbound/outbound processes, and SAP integration. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in designing, configuring, and optimizing SAP EWM solutions to enhance logistics and supply chain functions. You will also play a critical role in integrating SAP EWM with other SAP modules to create a seamless, efficient system for our clients.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement and Configure SAP S/4HANA EWM solutions to support warehouse and logistics operations.
• Design and Optimize inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse processes, including goods receipt, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Integrate SAP EWM with SAP MM, SD, TM, and other modules to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Enhance EWM functionalities , such as warehouse task creation, storage bin management, slotting, and labor management.
• Lead Requirement Gathering , blueprinting, and solution design sessions with key stakeholders.
• Support SAP EWM RF Framework , including mobile device integration and warehouse automation.
• Troubleshoot EWM issues , providing end-user support, training, and documentation.
• Assist in EWM Migrations and upgrades, including transitioning from SAP WM to EWM.
• Collaborate across Teams , including logistics, IT, and business stakeholders, to ensure high-quality solutions.
• Ensure Compliance with warehouse and supply chain best practices during system design and implementation.

Qualifications & Experience :

• 5+ years of experience with SAP EWM, including hands-on experience in implementation, configuration, and support.
• Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA EWM features (embedded and decentralized).
• Experience with Warehouse Process Design , resource management, and RF framework.
• Proficiency in SAP EWM-MFS , slotting, labor management, and yard management is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP Integration (IDOCs, RFCs, APIs) with third-party logistics systems.
• Familiarity with SAP WM (Warehouse Management) and strategies for transitioning to EWM.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills .
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• SAP EWM certification is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience with automated warehouse solutions and robotics integration.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps for warehouse management.
• Familiarity with cloud-based SAP EWM solutions .
