Job Purpose:
We are seeking a skilled SAP Analyst III to manage the upgrade from SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0 to SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0. This role will also involve providing technical support for projects related to Performance and Goals and Learning Management System (LMS) . The ideal candidate will have experience in SuccessFactors provisioning, as well as technical expertise in performance goals and LMS management.
Requirements
- Upgrade SuccessFactors Onboarding: Manage the upgrade of SuccessFactors Onboarding from version 1.0 to 2.0, including working on mini-master for Human Experience Management (HXM) .
- Provisioning Authority: Provide provisioning authority for SuccessFactors to ensure smooth system configurations and management.
- Performance and Goals Support: Assist with technical tasks related to Performance and Goals modules in SuccessFactors, ensuring smooth system performance and integration with business processes.
- LMS Management: Provide technical assistance and support for the Learning Management System (LMS) , ensuring proper functionality and optimization.
- Documentation: Create detailed documentation for processes, configurations, and system upgrades, ensuring all stakeholders are well-informed.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the SuccessFactors system aligns with business requirements and technical needs.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to onboarding, performance management, and LMS, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Provisioning Authority: Must have experience with provisioning authority in SuccessFactors .
- SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 Upgrade Experience: Experience in upgrading SuccessFactors Onboarding from version 1.0 to version 2.0, including mini-master for HXM .
- Performance and Goals Experience: Strong knowledge and experience working with the Performance and Goals modules within SuccessFactors .
- LMS Experience: Experience in LMS (Learning Management System) technical support and management.
- Documentation Skills: Excellent documentation skills to create clear, detailed, and actionable technical documents.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills to work with various internal teams to ensure system success and alignment with business needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with the latest versions of SuccessFactors and understanding of its modules.
- Familiarity with Human Experience Management (HXM) and other SuccessFactors-related platforms.
