In this role, you will support our recruitment efforts by identifying, attracting, and engaging potential candidates for various positions within the organization. • Assist in developing job descriptions and posting openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit and interest.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate records and update the applicant tracking system.
• Support hiring managers in the recruitment process and provide timely feedback to candidates.
• Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to attract potential candidates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is a plus.
