Job Description

Join one of the fastest-growing roofing companies in the industry.
As a Sales Professional , you'll be the face of our brand in the community, going door-to-door to offer homeowners free property inspections after storms. You'll manage the project from initial contact through insurance claims, estimates, and final installation earning top commissions for every closed deal.

What You'll Do:

Generate leads by knocking doors in storm-affected areas
Provide free inspections and educate homeowners on damage and the claims process
Manage the project start to finish: inspection, adjuster meetings, approvals, and build
Work with estimators and insurance companies to maximize claim value
Maintain clear communication with customers throughout the process

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and self-motivation
Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
Ability to work evenings and weekends when homeowners are available
Prior experience in roofing, insurance claims, or sales is a plus but not required
Must be comfortable working outdoors and going on roofs
