Measure and Report : Track sales performance, analyze trends, and present results to leadership.

Collaborate and Innovate : Partner with marketing to optimize lead generation and campaign effectiveness.

Hire and Retain Talent : Recruit, train, and manage team members to create a culture of success.

Close Deals : Step in to support salespeople with key negotiations when needed.

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications

4+ years of experience managing a sales team with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Strong data analysis skills and a knack for spotting trends.

Outstanding negotiation and client relationship skills.

A proactive approach to diagnosing and solving problems.
