Requirements
At least 15 years of experience in sales, with a strong background in merchant acquiring business development. Proven leadership experience in building and managing teams.
Deep familiarity with payment solutions, technologies, and market trends, with the ability to articulate their value to clients.
Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving targets in a competitive landscape.
Strong leadership capabilities to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical mindset to assess market trends and sales data, making informed, strategic decisions.
