Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in a services or facilities management environment.
  • Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and maintain relationships effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
