Sales Enablement Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales enablement programs that enhance the sales team's knowledge, skills, and effectiveness.
• Partner with sales leadership to understand needs, gaps and goals.
• Create and maintain sales training materials, including playbooks, presentations, and e-learning content.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure sales materials are accurate and up-to-date.
• Analyze performance metrics and feedback to continuously improve training and resource offerings.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops for the sales team, both in-person and virtually.
• Coach sales representatives on key selling techniques and strategies in deal reviews with leadership.
• Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and product to foster collaboration and information sharing.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience in sales enablement with experience selling in the construction industry is preferred.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Ability to create engaging and effective training materials on competitors.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and building strong relationships with sales reps.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Salesforce and Sales Methodologies (MEDDPICC).
• A knack for creativity and an eagerness to innovate in sales strategies.
• Proficiency with learning management systems or sales enablement tools.
• We are currently hiring in Atlanta, GA or Austin, TX. While we are a remote-first workplace, we want Crunchers in one of these locations to better facilitate periodic in-person meetings, get-togethers, and training.
