We are seeking a competitive and results driven Sales Director to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets
• Create and communicate sales goals and ensure C-level executives are informed on the progress of those goals
• Establish high standards, solid customer focus, strong employee recognition/appreciation process, and ultimately achieve industry leading performance
• Assist in developing sales plan that includes forecasts and KPI reporting for C-Suite to use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning
• Review client activity, anticipate consumer needs and improve client satisfaction

• Personally help close sales deals
• Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers
• Manage a sales training program to train new employees
• Meet with sales team to assess company performance

• Manage and build on existing partner relationships
• Collaborate with sales, product, marketing, and development teams to develop partnership strategies

• Possesses natural sense of curiosity for the latest technology trends
• Able to identify and influence key decision makers
• Experienced negotiator with various levels of management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in business administration, sales, marketing or related field
• 10+ years in B2B sales and strategic partnerships with hands-on experience managing and scaling sales teams, preferably in the technology and/or construction industry

• In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices
• Computer proficiency and technical abilities with MS Office applications (strong understanding of Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Proven track record of building, managing, developing and retaining sales teams
