Job Description
As an Account Executive at Better Impact, you'll play a critical role in driving new revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding our presence in key markets like healthcare and local government. You'll be supported by a growing pipeline of inbound leads, vertical-specific content, and the leadership team's direct involvement in early-stage sales strategy.
This is a full-cycle sales role with a strong consultative and value-based approach.
Own the full sales cycle: from discovery to demo, proposal, and close
Qualify and convert inbound leads while also sourcing outbound opportunities in target verticals
Deliver compelling demos that align Better Impact's solutions to client needs
Collaborate with our Director of Growth and marketing team to refine messaging, positioning, and GTM strategies
Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene and forecasting in HubSpot
Help shape our evolving sales playbook and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
Represent Better Impact with empathy, insight, and a focus on genuine problem-solving

Requirements
Experience We're Looking For25 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, ideally in SMB or mid-market
Demonstrated track record of hitting or exceeding quota
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment preferred
HubSpot or similar CRM familiarity
Bonus: Experience selling into nonprofits, healthcare, education, or government
