JobSummary:
AsaSalesDevelopmentRepresentative,you'llbeanintegralpartofoutboundsalesefforts,workingin-personwithourteamsatinnovativecompanies.Yourrolewillfocusonexecutingstrategicoutreach,qualifyingleads,anddirectlycontributingtothedevelopmentofsalesprocesses.Thispositionprovidesyoutheopportunitytoengagewithkeydecision-makersanddrivegrowthwithinfast-movingstartups,whileworkingalongsideexperiencedleadershipinacollaborative,in-personsetting.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Executestrategicoutboundprospecting(primarilyviacoldemailing,coldcalling,andin-personinteractions).
- Conducttargetedresearchtoidentifyandengagehigh-valueprospectsinthelocalarea.
- UtilizeessentialSDRtools(CRM,outreachplatforms,prospectingdatabases)tomaintainastrong,in-personsalespipeline.
- Continuouslyrefineoutreachmessagingandprocessesbasedonfeedbackandresults.
- DocumentallinteractionsmeticulouslyintheCRMtofacilitateseamlesshandoffstothesalesteam.
- Collaboratecloselywithleadershipandlocalteammemberstorefineandimprovesalesstrategies.
Requirements
RequiredSkillsandQualifications:
- 1-3yearsofexperienceinSDRorsimilaroutboundsalesroles,ideallywithinstartupsorhigh-growthenvironments.
- ProficiencywithCRMtools(HubSpot,Salesforce),outreachsoftware(Outreach,Apollo,SalesLoft),andresearchplatforms(ZoomInfo,LinkedInSalesNavigator).
- Strongwrittenandverbalcommunicationskillswiththeabilitytoengageseniorexecutiveseffectively,bothin-personandremotely.
- Self-motivated,autonomous,andcomfortableworkinginafast-paced,dynamicin-personsetting.
- HighlyorganizedwithattentiontodetailinmanagingoutreachandmaintainingCRMdata.
PreferredQualifications:
- Experienceworkinginearly-stagestartupsorwithfast-growingcompanies.
- Familiaritywithsalesautomationtoolsandoptimizingoutreachstrategies.
