The ideal candidate will possess a business or sales degree (preferred), be eager to learn, and excel at active listening. This role focuses on converting inbound leads into meetings for our Business Development Managers (BDMs).

Responsibilities:

Engage with inbound leads promptly to qualify potential customers.
Conduct thorough qualification calls to understand customer needs and readiness to purchase.
Schedule meetings between qualified leads and Business Development Managers.
Classify leads to determine if they are ready to buy now or later.
Ensure our product offerings align with customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain detailed records of interactions and lead status in CRM systems.
Collaborate closely with BDMs to optimize lead conversion strategies.
Continuously learn and stay updated on Bnberry's products and the hospitality industry.

Requirements

Proven experience in the hospitality industry.
Business or sales degree preferred.
Strong active listening skills and ability to understand customer needs.
High level of self-confidence and eagerness to learn.
Ability to work diligently on inbound leads to maximize conversion rates.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
