Rankings.io is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Sales Enablement Creative Specialist to support our sales team with visually compelling and strategically crafted sales content. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality graphic design assets, developing branded proposal templates (especially within tools like Qwilr), and maintaining a streamlined library of sales collateral. You'll work closely with the Sr. Director of Brand and coordinate with our Revenue Operations and Sales teams to elevate our client communications and sales presentations.

This position is perfect for someone who blends design expertise with a deep understanding of sales needs in a fast-paced digital agency environment. Rankings.io offers comprehensive SEM services, including content creation, technical optimization, and keyword strategy for law firms.

Responsibilities

  • Graphic Design & Sales Collateral- Design and produce compelling visual content for sales including one-pagers, pitch decks, email templates, battlecards, infographics, and interactive documents using Qwilr, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva.
  • Proposal & Template Creation- Build and maintain custom proposal templates using Qwilr or similar platforms that reflect our brand and communicate value effectively. Collaborate with Sales to tailor materials for client needs.
  • Brand Consistency & Content Management- Maintain and update the sales asset library to ensure materials are current, aligned with brand standards, and easily accessible for the team.
  • Sales Enablement Support- Partner with Sales and Marketing to optimize sales presentations, streamline messaging, and enhance the visual communication of our offerings to prospective clients.
  • Sales Tool Integration- Support the design integration within sales tech platforms such as HubSpot, Qwilr, and Apollo to enhance automation and client engagement.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to ensure sales materials align with campaign goals and client personas.
  • Light Onboarding & Training Material Design- Assist in creating visual and branded content for Sales onboarding resources and training materials.

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication skills while being an agile innovator, this individual will need to take a collaborative approach while demonstrating strong time management skills
  • 2+ years experience in sales enablement, revenue-facing roles, sales training, or sales support, and a demonstrated knowledge of best practices, methodologies, and technologies in each of these areas
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
  • Hands-on experience with Qwilr or similar proposal platforms
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating clean, modern, sales-focused design work
    Experience creating proposals, pitch decks, templates, and sales collateral
  • Comfortable with HubSpot, Apollo, and other CRM/sales enablement tools
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to juggle multiple projects
  • A team player who can take initiative and bring creative ideas to the table
