Job Description
Provide administrative and operational support to the Head - Client Solutions.
Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online databases, social media, and industryevents.
Coordinate with internal departments.
Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, or in-person, and resolve issues promptly.
Prepare sales reports, presentations, and proposals for the team.
Monitor and track sales performance metrics and provide regular updates to the management team.
Assist in planning and executing sales events, promotions, and campaigns.
Requirements
Proven experience in a sales coordinator or similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
