WHAT?S THE JOB ?
- Support the sales team in a variety of administrative tasks while maintaining confidentiality at all times
- Be kind, courteous, and smart in all customer interactions
- Manage and serve our clients and team by making multiple outbound calls, texts, and emails a day
- Create an awesome customer experience by serving as the main point of contact for any requests or questions
