Apple Roofing is looking for motivated and driven Roofing Consultants who can provide exceptional service to homeowners. In this role, you will leverage your knowledge of the local market to build relationships and trust with clients. The ideal candidate will effectively navigate the sales process while addressing customer needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new sales opportunities
• Maintain detailed customer records in our CRM system
• Generate referrals and develop strong client relationships
• Prepare and present detailed sales proposals
• Conduct thorough roofing inspections
• Attend company training sessions and sales meetings
• Follow up with clients on sales inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Participate in promotional sales events

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the construction or roofing industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to overcome objections and close sales
• Positive attitude and a competitive spirit
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
