Sales & Back up F&I

Martin Automotive Group is seeking a motivated and skilled Sales & Back up F&I professional to join our team at Volkswagen San Bernardino. This role offers the opportunity to drive vehicle sales while supporting finance and insurance operations, contributing to the dealership's overall success. • Assist in sales activities to meet and exceed dealership targets.
• Support the Finance & Insurance (F&I) manager with contract processing and customer financing needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales and finance process.
• Build rapport with customers, ensuring satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.
• Maintain knowledge of dealership products, services, and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and policies related to automotive sales and financing.
• Assist with paperwork and documentation to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to streamline operations and enhance customer experience.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Prior experience in automotive sales and/or finance preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Proficient with computers and dealership software systems.
• Professional attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
