Requirements
Key Responsibilities:- Apollo Platform: Utilize Apollo to research potential leads and build targeted prospect lists. Learn and execute strategies to engage and qualify prospects effectively, ensuring a steady pipeline of opportunities.
- LinkedIn Marketing: Assist with LinkedIn marketing campaigns by identifying and reaching out to prospects. Engage with target audiences by building relationships, sending connection requests, and initiating conversations to drive interest in our services/products.
- UpWork: Research and manage business opportunities on UpWork. Assist in submitting proposals, communicating with clients, and managing ongoing projects to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
- Email Marketing: Support the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns. Work on crafting compelling email content, optimizing subject lines, and analyzing campaign performance to ensure maximum engagement and conversion rates.
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Help generate and qualify leads through various online platforms, cold outreach, and follow-up emails to build relationships with potential clients.
- Sales Reporting & Analytics: Maintain accurate records of sales activity and performance metrics. Assist in the preparation of reports on lead conversion, email campaign success, and social media engagement.
- Customer Relationship Management: Provide excellent customer service by assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of potential clients.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with platforms like Apollo , LinkedIn , UpWork , and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) is a plus, but we are willing to train candidates with the right attitude.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. The ability to interact with clients and prospects through email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels is key.
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: A basic understanding of digital marketing, social media strategies, and content creation. Familiarity with LinkedIn Marketing and email marketing techniques is advantageous.
- Sales Aptitude: A keen interest in sales and a proactive attitude toward prospecting, lead generation, and nurturing client relationships.
- Organization & Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and creatively to identify solutions to challenges in the sales process.
- Team Player: Able to work collaboratively with internal teams and contribute to the overall success of sales and marketing goals.
- Learning Agility: Willingness to learn new tools, platforms, and techniques to improve sales performance.
- Experience in digital sales or marketing is a plus but not required.
- Experience using platforms like Apollo , LinkedIn , UpWork , or email marketing tools is an advantage.
