For over 25 years, these places have welcomed guests from around the world seeking something beyond standardized luxury ? experiences rooted in nature, culture, and genuine human connection. Between the sea and the mountains of the Atlantic Forest in Brazil, Picinguaba and Catu?aba offer two complementary worlds: an exceptionally preserved coastal village where life unfolds between forest and ocean, and a historic countryside estate shaped by land, art, and advanced regenerative practices. Together, they form a singular hospitality ecosystem ? intimate, values-driven, deeply connected to nature, and recognized globally.

The Role ?Ambassador As an Ambassador, you help bring the right people into these places ? individuals, families, groups, and organizations who resonate with what we offer.

This can take many forms:

• Individual stays and curated journeys
• Immersions and experiences
• Retreats and group gatherings (from 10 to 20 people)
• Long-term relationships with aligned groups / communities

You may also support the activation of our ecosystem by:

• Connecting us with relevant communities and networks
• Helping create bridges between people, places and ideas

What this role looks like

• You share and represent Picinguaba and Catu?aba within your personal and professional networks
• You identify and connect with people who would genuinely resonate with the places
• You introduce, nurture and help close these relationships
• You collaborate with our Sales Director when needed to structure and finalize opportunities
• You act as a trusted bridge between our world and your community

Requirements Who this is for

This role is for people who:

• Feel a real connection with nature, hospitality, transformation and regeneration
• Naturally build relationships and bring people together
• Are already connected to communities (travel, wellness, culture, entrepreneurship, spiritual, business, etc.)
• Have a refined sense of who belongs where
• Prefer long-term trust over transactional interactions
• Enjoy sharing places and experiences they truly believe in
• Are comfortable speaking about value, but never in a pushy or aggressive way
• Feel called to be part of something meaningful, beyond a traditional role

Trial Period & First Steps The first 90 days of this collaboration are considered a mutual trial period.

This phase is intended to:

• confirm alignment in values, energy and way of working
• allow you to naturally activate your network and explore opportunities
• begin building a first layer of connections, conversations or potential leads

We do expect genuine engagement and initiative. After this period, we will reassess together how the collaboration is unfolding and how to deepen it. During the trial period, either side may choose to step away with 15 days notice. Any opportunities introduced during this time will remain valid under the agreed commission structure if they convert into confirmed business. Benefits

There are two ways to be part of this ecosystem:

• As a Sales Ambassador, actively contributing to the growth of the project by creating relationships and opportunities, with a 10% commission on the stays you help bring to life. Based on current objectives, this could represent an additional revenue of approximately US$2,000?3,000 per month.
• Alternatively, you can be a Community Ambassador, in which case the commission earned from the people you send to our places will accumulate toward a stay to come back to Picinguaba.

In addition to this, of course, another benefit is being part of the WAN (We Are Nature) network, which is growing and unites people worldwide who share a subtle set of similar values. In this context, we are very interested in any creative ideas or suggestions you may have, and we will create space for the ecosystem to be alive.
