Position Details: You will be responsible for consulting with qualified individuals over the phone and the internet, helping families, individuals, and businesses into insurance products that fit their needs. As a Sales Associate, you will work directly with America's self-employed, small business owners and individuals to help them access an array of affordable benefits solutions. You are not alone, we pride ourselves on having the most talented leadership team across the competition. Our newest sales associates come in and on average make their first sale within 7-10 days on the phones! BiG Sales Associate Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Sales, Customer Service, or related field
• Computer and Phone literacy
• Superb Communication Skills
• Goal-oriented
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Be ABLE and WILLING to obtain an Insurance License

BiG Sales Associate Training: No insurance sales experience required and we offer licensing assistance. Our most accomplished sales professionals will teach you their time-tested formulas that lead to their direct sales excellence.
