Sales Account Executive (Full-Cycle B2B Sales) Full-Time Remote | EST Time Zone Hiring in: Mexico, Colombia, Costa Rica, Brazil

About the Role We?re hiring a high-performing Sales Account Executive to own the complete B2B sales cycle ? from prospecting and pipeline generation to negotiation and closing. This is not an order-taking role. We?re looking for someone who can:

  • build relationships,
  • identify opportunities,
  • drive revenue growth,
  • manage complex sales conversations,
  • and consistently close deals.

What You?ll Own Full-Cycle Sales Execution

  • Own the complete sales process:
    • prospecting
    • outreach
    • discovery
    • presentations
    • negotiations
    • closing
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Drive consistent monthly and quarterly revenue growth
  • Manage opportunities through every stage of the sales funnel

Relationship Management
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with:
    • business owners
    • executives
    • decision-makers
  • Understand client pain points and business objectives
  • Position tailored solutions that align with client needs
  • Maintain high client satisfaction and retention throughout the relationship lifecycle
Sales Strategy & Pipeline Management
  • Develop customized sales strategies based on market and client needs
  • Track pipeline health, conversion rates, and forecast accuracy
  • Maintain organized CRM records and activity tracking
  • Use sales insights and reporting to improve performance and conversion rates
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with:

  • Ensure smooth onboarding and client handoff after closing
  • Share market feedback and customer insights to improve internal processes and offerings
  • Support junior team members when needed through collaboration and guidance
Required Experience & Skills
  • 3+ years of experience in:

    • or business development
  • Proven track record of:
    • exceeding quotas,
    • closing deals,
    • and driving revenue growth
  • Strong experience managing the full sales cycle
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as:
    • Salesforce
    • HubSpot
    • or similar tools
  • Strong organizational and pipeline management abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
