Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven SaaS Sales Manager to join our growing team at Bask Health. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the sales strategy, managing the sales team, and achieving revenue targets for our SaaS healthcare solutions. You will play a critical role in expanding our customer base and building strong relationships with Customers.
Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets and market expansion goals. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and continuous growth. Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely closure of deals. Customer Engagement: Identify and engage with potential customers, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions to meet those needs. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within the healthcare industry. Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.
Requirements
Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SaaS sales. Experience in SaaS/E-commerce is highly preferred. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
