RV Technician

PPL Motor Homes is currently hiring for all skill levels, from Entry Level Technicians to Master Diagnosticians. We are seeking individuals with superior skills, great personality, strong work ethic, and have the motivation to earn a professional income.

Core Responsibilities:

Diagnosing RV related service issues.
Document needed repairs.
Filling out parts requests for needed repairs.
Completing all needed repairs to customers RVs in a quality and timely manner.
Quality control of completed repairs.
Communication with service writers and parts personnel to achieve accurate estimates.
Completing needed repairs.
Interacting with customers on needed/completed repairs.
Work to achieve set efficiency and quality goals.

Requirements

Core Requirements:

Dealership experience preferred.
Handyman, and/or HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or carpentry experience is a plus!
RVDA ? RVIA Technician Certification is preferred but not required with the right work experience.
Good customer service and communication skills.
Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
On time for work and attendance is a must.
Resume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
