In this key role, you will oversee service job scheduling, client communication, material management, and crew oversight. You will also support the sales department with job quotes when needed. Key Responsibilities:

- Schedule service jobs and manage timelines effectively.

- Communicate with clients before, during, and after project completion to ensure satisfaction.

- Order and manage materials for upcoming jobs, maintaining accurate monthly inventory.

- Conduct field checks on ongoing jobs and crews to ensure quality and compliance.

- Assist the sales department with job quoting as needed.

- Utilize AccuLynx, CompanyCam, and JobNimbus for project tracking and management.

- Use Outlook for scheduling, communication, and task coordination.

Requirements

- 35 years of experience in the roofing industry, with proven ability to manage or oversee crews.

- Knowledge of AccuLynx, CompanyCam, and JobNimbus.

- At least 1 year of experience using relevant programs.

- Strong organizational and communication skills.

- Bilingual candidates are strongly preferred.

- Valid driver's license required.
