We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled Roofing Crew to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and repairing roofs on residential properties. Responsibilities- Be able to perform reroof and repairs
- Conduct safety inspections to ensure all work is done within safety guidelines
- Remove debris and clean-up job sites after completing roofing projects
- Accurately estimate time and materials needed for roofing jobs
- Communicate with account managers on all aspects of the project including scheduling, materials, and work progress
- Identify potential problems with roofing and make appropriate repairs
- Collaborate with account manager and project manager to ensure timely completion of projects
Requirements
- Must have an active workers comp and general liability policy
- Knowledgeable in the use and maintenance of all roofing equipment
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, work at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Must have own tools and reliable transportation
- Live currently in the U.S
