Job Description

We are seeking a Roll Form Operator to become an integral part of our team! You will operate machines to roll or transmute materials. As a Roll operator, your job is to manage a roll forming line and machine, as well as many secondary equipment needed for the job. Roll forming is a process where a long strip of material - typically metal - is manipulated into the desire shape.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate machinery to flatten, temper, and reconfigure raw materials
Adjust machine gauges to reduce product defects
Monitor machine cycles to avoid equipment issues or failures
Review rolling orders and blueprints to verify product specifications
Calculate and record daily production numbers
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Previous experience in the Roller former machine
Previous experience in manufacturing or other related fields
Familiarity with manufacturing blueprints
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to handle physical workload
Deadline and detail-oriented
