Job Overview

We are seeking a Robotics Installation Supervisor to lead and manage the installation of robotics systems in highly automated operational facilities. This role requires an experienced leader with strong technical expertise in robotics, safety compliance, project execution, and team management .

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with robotics installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting , as well as the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously. A strong understanding of automation, electrical safety, rigging, lifting, and OSHA standards is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the installation of robotics equipment in operational facilities.
  • Manage and coordinate labor teams (mechanics, electricians, material handlers) to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Commission and troubleshoot robotics systems , ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Ensure safety compliance by enforcing OSHA standards, lifting and rigging protocols, and electrical safety regulations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact with clients providing regular updates on project progress, challenges, and resolutions.
  • Manage inventory, tools, and equipment required for robotics installations.
  • Track and report project performance through scorecards, safety metrics, and operational controls .
  • Manage team members on robotics, safety protocols, and site-specific requirements .
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to deadlines and client expectations.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in robotics installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting , preferably in highly automated environments.
  • Prior experience working with Robotics, Kiva Systems, or similar automation technologies is highly desirable.
  • Strong background in industrial automation, mechanical and electrical systems .
  • OSHA, Lifting & Rigging, Electrical Safety certifications required (or willingness to obtain).
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects in parallel.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to travel frequently to different Amazon sites to oversee installations.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience managing projects in highly automated warehouse environments .
  • Familiarity with robotics integrations
