Job Description

Bahwan CyberTek Group is seeking an RMG Intern to join their team. As an RMG Intern at BCT, you will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team to support the Resource Management Group in managing and optimizing the utilization of the company's resources.

Responsibilities

Assist in maintaining accurate associate information and project requirements in the Resource Management system
Support the Resource Management team in matching available associates with project needs
Assist in tracking and reporting the utilization of resources
Participate in team meetings and provide updates on resource assignments
Collaborate with other teams to understand project requirements and resource availability
Contribute to the improvement of resource management processes and tools
Support the Resource Management team in other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Availability to work at least 20 hours per week
