We are now looking for a Risk Manager to join our Corporate Treasury Team. This position requires an organized, highly motivated, detail-oriented person with strong drive and skills to lead the company's insurance program. You will be the subject matter expert in all insurance related matters. You will also serve as the backup person for our foreign exchange risk management function and will join a broader team of treasury professionals who manage the company's cash, investment, currency hedging, and capital market activities.

What you'll be doing:

Lead the strategic management of the insurance program for the organization.

Manage all insurance-related projects, including contract review while coordinating with both internal and external collaborators.

Maintain relationships and set expectations for third-party insurance brokers and service providers involved with our captive insurance company.

Build a risk framework to identify and evaluate the Company's exposure to loss or damage to physical assets, potential liability, etc.

Responsible for the upkeep of various insurance programs, including data gathering, certificates of insurance, incident review, reporting claims, and audits.

Manage reportable insurance claims, claims handling, related investigations, and the coordination of inspections.

Get cross-trained and learn other functions within the risk management area to back-fill when others are out of office.

Take on special projects as required.

What we need to see:

BA/BS (or equivalent experience); a master's degree is a plus.

12+ years' experience in the insurance industry or related field.

Comprehensive knowledge of systems, infrastructure tools, and insurance regulations.

Outstanding deal execution skills to close insurance renewals and size policies to cover business risks.

A self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimum supervision to resolve complex problems.

Ability to multitask, excel, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Possess a deep Insurance knowledge base and work towards excellence.

Prior experience managing a captive insurance company.

Excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills.

Consistent record of establishing relationships with cross-functional business partners.

The base salary range is 160,000 USD - 258,750 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
