Retirement Plan Administrator

We are in search of a Retirement Plan Administrator, for a wonderful client in San Antonio, Texas!

This is a direct hire, on site in person traditional workplace.

Daily Duties and Functions will include:

• Manage the administration of 401(K) accounts for active and terminated participants.
• Monitor daily trading activity in 401(K) accounts.
• Coordinate with Payroll department for 401(K), catch-up, and loan deductions.
• Create and maintain 401(K) forms and documentation.
• Process loans, distributions, and rollovers for active and terminated participants.
• Assist Chief Benefits Administrator with employer matching, audit, year-end, and reporting projects
• Prepare new participant and termination packets consistent with the plan valuation documents.
• Provided written and verbal communication relative to the administration process to clients.
• Ensured timely transmission of all required forms to the clients
• Other administrative duties as it pertains to the 401(K) plans.
• Maintaining client relationships.

Requirements

• Local to San Antonio, Texas
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, human resources, or related field.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills.
• Intermediate abilities within Excel.
• Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
