• Greet customers and assist them with their shopping needs in a friendly manner.
• Provide detailed information about our products, highlighting features and benefits.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and product displays.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot customer complaints and inquiries promptly and effectively.
• Contribute to inventory management, including stock replenishment and organization.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

• Previous retail experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer service.
• Ability to multi-task and work well in a busy retail environment.
• Interest in home decor and design is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and processing sales.
• Positive attitude and ability to be a team player.
