Job Summary:

The Retail Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the execution of QualDerm's retail strategy across both in-clinic and online stores. Reporting to the Manager of Retail, this role will assist in daily operations, inventory management, vendor coordination, merchandising support, marketing execution, and performance reporting. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about health and beauty products in a clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Operations Support

  • Assist with onboarding new clinics to the retail program and manage product setup for in-clinic and eCommerce platforms.
  • Coordinate product ordering and fulfillment, ensuring optimal inventory levels at each clinic location and online.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clinics regarding retail processes, troubleshooting, and general support.
  • Troubleshoot retail-related issues and provide day-to-day administrative support to the retail team

Vendor & Product Coordination

  • Support the Manager of Retail in maintaining relationships with retail product vendors and distributors.
  • Track vendor promotions, new product launches, and compliance with preferred vendor agreements.
  • Coordinate product samples, training materials, and retail education with vendors.
  • Support onboarding of new retail products, including product descriptions, pricing, and categorization
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with vendors and internal teams for reorders

Merchandising & Marketing

  • Assist in developing and distributing monthly promotional toolkits to clinics, including signage, digital assets, and product education.
  • Help maintain consistency in merchandising and brand presentation across locations.
  • Support the execution of retail campaigns, new product rollouts, and seasonal promotions.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Compile weekly and monthly retail sales reports by location and product category; analyze trends and recommend improvements.
  • Track KPIs including sell-through rates, top sellers, and promotional performance.
  • Identify trends and opportunities to improve sales and customer experience.
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry for inventory, sales tracking, and reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management or related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in retail coordination, merchandising, or marketing support (healthcare or beauty industry a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools; experience with POS or inventory systems a plus (Shopify POS preferred)
  • Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Self-starter with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for skincare, wellness, and/or aesthetics is a plus.
