our outlets team as a restaurant server/greeter.

The Restaurant Server/Greeter will be working as a server for three (3) shifts per week and as a greeter for two (2) shifts per week. The candidate should have experience in guest service and/or restaurant service, along with a spirit to serve.

The hourly rate for serving shifts is $15.95/hour plus gratuities, and the hourly rate for greeter shifts is $21.41/hour (effective February 1, 2025).

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about menu items.

Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly, entering them into the POS system and ensuring special requests are communicated to the kitchen staff.

Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of tables, chairs, and dining areas, preparing tables for incoming guests.

Collaborate with kitchen and restaurant staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.

Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner, checking back to ensure satisfaction and promptly addressing any issues or concerns.

Anticipate guests' needs and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience, including refilling beverages, clearing plates, and additional items.

Process payments accurately, handling cash and credit card transactions, and reconcile receipts at the end of each shift.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, chairs, and dining areas, resetting tables for the next guests.

Qualifications:

Qualifications

Previous experience as a server in a restaurant or similar establishment preferred.

Availability for breakfast shifts and flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of food and beverage items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
