As a Residential Siding Technician, you will be responsible for installing and repairing various types of siding on residential properties. You will work to ensure that all installations and repairs are completed with precision and quality, meeting the highest standards of craftsmanship.

• Install and repair various types of siding on residential properties.
• Maintain a high level of craftsmanship, ensuring that all work is completed with precision and quality.
• Work closely with our team of professionals to ensure that jobs are completed on time and meet client expectations.
• Communicate effectively with residents and management to ensure that they are satisfied with the results of your work.
• Identify areas in need of repair or improvement and make recommendations/estimates.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• General Liability Preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in siding installation and repair.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering superior results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
